ABOUT THE EDUCATOR
Hi, I’m Maggie Dysinger, founder of MVibe Salon & Spa and creator of MVibe Next Level.
With over 18 years in the beauty industry, I’ve experienced nearly every stage of this profession, from new stylist to educator, independent artist, salon owner, mentor, and business builder. I have invested in many classes, coaches and mentors throughout the years and learned a lot through trial and error. Unfortunately, these lessons that cost me time, money, stress and sleepless nights.
Throughout my journey, I’ve learned that talent alone isn’t enough to build a thriving, long lasting career. Success comes from understanding all aspects of business, branding, marketing, client retention, pricing, leadership, and consistency. Those lessons weren’t learned from a textbook, they came from real life experience, challenges, setbacks and victories.
In 2020 I opened my own business as an independent contractor, I built a clientele from scratch in a brand-new town where nobody knew me, In within 6 months had a full clientele and within 2 years was opening MVibe Salon & Spa. I believe in community where professionals can learn, grow and create careers they truly love.
That passion for education led to the creation of MVibe Next Level.
My mission is simple: Help professionals turn their passion into profit, through coaching, education and mentorship. I provide practical tools, proven strategies, and honest guidance customized for each professional and their business/ goals.
